ReplyDeleteI failed miserably with the last sentence on the quiz (Decomposers, which are MICROORGANISMS...), all decomposers aren't just microorganisms, right? Like mushrooms and mold?

Actually Shahriyar, I think they are because all mushrooms are decomposers... i think. Well, im pretty sure. They're just not the poisonous ones.

It's cool how a dead tree can still add nutrients to the soil and help the environment. The quiz was pretty cool, but the squirrels kind of drove me crazy.....

This really helped me learn why decomposers are important to life on earth.
ReplyDeleteIt is kind of amazing that without something as little as bacteria earth wouldn't be able to function the way it does now.
The squirrels in the quiz are soooooo cute!!! Now when I think about decomposers and how they play a part in the ecosystem, I will always think of dancing squirrels! :D

The squirrels were kinda cute, but also a little freaky. The squirrels had a hourglass shaped body!! It got really skinny at the waist! SO scary! Squirrel's bodies aren't really like that, right?? I hope not...
