Gut check



Did you know that between 500-1,000 different kinds of bacteria live in your large intestine? Bacteria in our gut are very helpful. They help digest complex carbohydrates and even help us fight off foreign pathogens.

  6. When you hear of bacteria, you think of germs. When you hear of spiders, you think of scary hairy eight legged creatures.
    Bacteria can be good, spiders can help get rid of bugs.

  7. Dimitry told us last year that there are more ecoli in one person's gut then the number of people who have ever walked this earth. That is a little disgusting. I wonder if it is true?!
